Senior Game Designer (Meta & Monetization)

AXLEBOLT is a successful mobile game developer on the international market. Our flagship project, Standoff 2, is the largest F2P shooter in Russia, with 30 million unique players worldwide each month. We are strengthening our game design team and are looking for a top-notch specialist for the role of Senior Game Designer (Meta & Monetization). In this position, you will have the opportunity to contribute to exciting tasks within a self-sufficient cross-functional team.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Collecting references, contributing, and implementing ideas for new features.

• Developing documentation for meta-game, monetization, and Quality of Life features.

• Feature ownership and oversight of the development process, including feature acceptance.

• Working with analytics.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• At least 3 years of experience as a Senior/Lead Game Designer on mid-core gaming projects in the operational phase.

• Experience with monetization (developing smart offer systems, creating engaging gacha mechanics, or other monetization systems).
