Our holding is seeking a strong Project Manager with experience in game development to join our new project. We offer you the opportunity to become part of a professional team, where you will lead a world-class team, control development timelines, establish and adjust project processes, and participate in making key product decisions.

• Manage and coordinate the work of development teams, including developers, QA specialists, artists, designers, and GD professionals.

• Organize and oversee a full-fledged unit from the planning stage to the final release of the game.

• Apply modern project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) to ensure the team's efficiency.

• Break down tasks, assign responsibilities, prioritize, and estimate in Jira while maintaining project documentation.

• Develop a roadmap with key milestones and calendar plans for game development.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• 5+ years of experience in the gaming industry as a Project Manager (including mobile games).

• Ability to manage the product backlog, set priorities, and assess team performance.

• Deep understanding of Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and the ability to adapt these methodologies to the needs of the team and project.

• Strong presentation skills for processes, projects, and results.

• Confident user of Jira or similar tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc.).

• Understanding of key product metrics (CPI, LTV/RPI, retention, ARPU, ARPPU).

• Technical background: basic application architecture knowledge.
