Senior Unreal Engine Developer

We are CM Games, an independent game developer. The company was founded in 2010 and is based in Tallinn. Our mission is to give exciting emotions to players and be a great home for world-class talents.

We are looking for a Senior Unreal Engine Developer in our VR Team focusing on the development of VR projects in the suspense/survival category. A successful candidate will work on the sequel to Into the Radius, our VR title. It is a post-apocalyptic survival shooter in a mysterious open world full of surreal landscapes and dangerous anomalies.

Our portfolio also includes Nitro Nation VR, a premium virtual reality race currently being prepared for release in Early Access, and Let It Boom, a cartoon fun game on smashing different structures.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• update the code base and architecture;

• rewrite and create Blueprint solutions;

• optimize component performance;

• introduce new features.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• 5+ years of experience with Unreal Engine 4+ with C++ and Blueprints;

• interest in the VR market as a player and developer;

• ability to correctly estimate deadlines for major tasks and make sure they are completed on time;

• ability to justify your point of view to other experienced developers and negotiate with colleagues from other areas;

• B2 level of English or higher.

A big plus will be:

• expertise in creating and developing AI (Behavior Tree);

• experience with Unreal Animation and Physics Subsystem, Unreal Build Pipeline, Unreal Game Modding;

• test automation experience;

• experience with Perforce;

• 1+ running project in portfolio (as a developer).
