Senior\Team Lead Java Developer

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Design and implement the backend architecture for the iGaming platform using Java, ensuring scalability and performance.

• Develop mathematical models and algorithms for win probabilities, jackpots, and game mechanics for Slots.

• Optimize and maintain existing backend services to ensure high availability and reliability.

• Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and product managers to create seamless user experiences.

• Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to gaming and security.

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.

• Initially, the role will focus on processing and handling RFP requests, assessing project requirements, and participating in technical proposals. After the projects are approved, the developer may transition to full-time work on these projects.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• At least 5 years of experience in Java development, preferably in the iGaming or gambling industry.

• Strong proficiency in Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring).

• Experience with mathematical modeling and algorithms related to gaming mechanics.

• Knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.

• Familiarity with databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Proficiency in English sufficient for technical communication.
