We are Magify, a young and ambitious product company.

Our all-in-one tool for game developers helps our partners achieve maximum product and marketing performance through a unique analytics system and parallel testing! Recently, we announced the release of our new SDK for integration with Unity. The latest Magify feature enables game developers to verify in-game purchases directly on the server, ensuring secure and reliable transactions for players.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Handle incoming customer requests: bug reports, integration questions, SDK setup, JSON-RPC API, analytics tools usage.

• Diagnose and resolve technical incidents, provide product-related consultations.

• Respond quickly to chats and tickets (within 15 minutes), multitask across several conversations.

• Translate feedback from clients to product and technical teams—and vice versa—in clear, user-friendly language.

• Develop a deep understanding of the platform architecture, including grabbers, ETL pipelines, and SDK.

• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to escalate complex cases.

• Participate in monitoring, log analysis, and root cause investigations.

• Maintain and update internal documentation and the knowledge base.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• 2+ years of experience in technical support, consulting, QA, analytics, or engineering.

• Understanding of BI/analytics platforms, ETL processes, APIs, and databases.

• Strong skills in working with logs, troubleshooting, and reading error stacks.

• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Sentry, CloudWatch, Grafana, Firebase/AppMetrica).

• Basic knowledge of SQL.

• Familiarity with Jira or other issue-tracking systems.

Skills & Personal Qualities:

• Excellent communication skills in Russian and English (spoken and written).

• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms to non-technical users.

• Attention to detail and clear communication.

• Proactive, organized, and able to handle large volumes of information.

• Initiative in identifying recurring issues and suggesting improvements.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C# (Unity); ability to read code.

• Experience with Kubernetes and microservices architecture.

• Scripting skills (bash, Python) for automation.

• Participation in presales activities; understanding of sales processes.
