Support Manager

We’re a bunch of game-loving veterans who teamed up to build the kind of mobile games we actually want to play—free-to-play, full of strategy, endlessly replayable, and just plain fun. Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Drive the creation of the support system to support Backpack Brawl and scale for future projects.

• Manage and resolve support tickets on Discord

• Use internal tools to prepare and manage payout support packages

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members

• Manage and respond to reviews on Google Play and Apple App Store

• Communicate potential issues to the development team

• Keep known issues and support documentation up to date

• Help design and implement scalable support processes

• Collaborate remotely with the core team to improve player support

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• Proven support management experience, preferably in a larger, structured company

• Experience with Discord or similar community support platforms

• Strong organizational skills and process design capabilities

• English fluency required; other languages a plus

• Experience with AI workflows in support is a bonus

• Self-motivated and comfortable working fully remote
