Values Value is a recruiting company with expertise in gamedev, is looking for an experienced Technical Artist  for one of our clients, an enthusiastic team who make the best MMO action game on mobile devices.

Nad czym pracować?

• Nazwa projektu (ów): MMO, Sandbox
• Na jakim etapie projekt(y)? Open Beta, preparation for the Soft Launch

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• Build a path for the development of the technical component of the project in the field of graphics;

• Responsible for the overall optimization of the project;

• Adjust lighting, work with light mapping, write shaders for mobile devices;

• Profile and analyze game performance;

• Finds the inefficiency of old solutions and suggests improvement scenarios;

• Content optimization for the open world and ego streaming;

• Writing tools for convenient work with game content;

• Estimate the budget of game content and create a pipeline for rapid integration of content into the game;

• Create technical documentation and organize pipeline work;

• To control the quality of implementation of assigned tasks.

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• 2 years experience as Unity Technical Artist;

• C#/Unity programming experience;

• Understanding the technical principles of developing mobile game projects;

• Experience in the development of shaders on URP, experience in profiling and optimization in terms of CPU, GPU, memory and assembly size;

• The ability to determine the best tools and software to maximize game performance;

• The ability to clearly formulate your feedback and ideas, and provide them to the team.

  Desirable:

• Experience working as a Technical Artist on large projects in the genres: Action/Shooter/MMO/Simulators/MOBA;

• Confident knowledge in 3D.
