UI/UX designer

Xoilium is developing and distributing Web3 games under the Rebel-Bots sci-fi  brand. Games are cross-platform in which players are able to play, progress, and earn in single-player or multiplayer game modes.

Our Vision is to create the leading games and franchise within the blockchain games space by building the Rebel-Bots brand with several gaming titles. Players will be able to use the characters they own in all games within the Rebel Bots Universe. Among our goals is to create a truly social gameplay which enables players to join forces with other players and experience.

Na jakie zadania (obowiązki)?

• This is a hands-on position.

• Define the artistic design of the brand, games, and online presence.

• Lead the creative process and hands-on creation for all of the graphics needed for a game and brand. It includes game assets design, icons, special offers, menus, game pop ups, UI/UX design, and marketing materials.

• Work closely with the product and marketing team to deliver the appropriate art that would help achieve the product goals

• Aim for visual consistency and high level of quality

• Actively participate in the game creation and feature design process

• Assist developers with guidance on how to Implement game Assets 

• Technical art management, coordination with the dev team in finding the most optimal way to manage the graphics

• Manage the storage systems for the art assets

Jakiego specjalisty szukamy?

• 2+ years of practical experience working with UI/UX preferably in mobile games

• Tools: Figma/ Illustrator/Photoshop

• Solid understanding of UI/UX design best practices and interaction design fundamentals

• A strong understanding of UI conventions and challenges for the mobile and other emerging platforms

• Experience with typography and logo design

• Ability to translate flowcharts and wireframes into fun, usable, visually polished UI systems

• Strong cross-functional communication skills: verbal, written and visual

• Ability to produce high quality work, iterating towards the best solutions

• A passion for mobile gaming

Will be a plus:

• Skills in working with Adobe Illustrator

• Strong graphic design and illustration skills for casual games 

• Animation skills for working with tools like Spine and Adobe After Effects

• Familiarity with AI creative tools
