We are looking for a Voting Member of the Board to join the governance structure of ASI Games, a fast-growing international game publishing company.
This position involves participating in board meetings, voting on strategic matters, and contributing to the company’s long-term direction and corporate decisions.

Participate in board meetings and strategy sessions
Vote on company decisions, policies, and financial matters
Review reports and proposals submitted by management
Ensure transparency and good governance practices
Support the Board in maintaining accountability and compliance
Optionally attend major conferences or corporate events as a company representative

Previous experience in management, business, or governance roles preferred
Understanding of corporate structure, finance, and strategic planning
Objective and analytical decision-making skills
Reliability, confidentiality, and integrity in handling company matters
English level B2 or higher
