На какие задачи (обязанности)?

1. Operational management:

• Configure and optimize ad waterfalls to maximize revenue.

• Work with product teams on testing and implementing hypotheses aimed at improving monetization.

• Ensure transparent processes: manage projects in Asana and document all algorithms and approaches.

• Automate and streamline routine tasks, and introduce new tools.

2. Partner collaboration:

• Handle all communication and negotiations with ad networks.

• Maintain relationships with current partners and bring in new ones.

Какого профессионала ищем?

1. Experience in ad monetization, preferably in game dev, and knowledge of key F2P product metrics.

2. Solid understanding of ad networks, waterfalls, eCPM, ARPDAU, IMPDAU, and other key metrics.

Nice to have:

1. Degree in physics, mathematics, or a technical field.

2. Experience with Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI.
