ZephyrMobile is a mobile-first games & utilities company that creates, develops, and publishes mobile games & apps. We create apps that aim at helping people to improve their lives by reducing stress impact, calming the mind, relieving anxiety and staying relaxed in any situation.

ZephyrMobile is best known for the Live Wallpapers App, which started as a popular utility in 2018 and became the most popular Wallpapers App in AppStore in 2019 / 2020. About 60 million people have installed this application on their iPhone. 

Now we are developing our portfolio of brain-puzzle games. The most successful games are: coloring by number Hey Color & water sort puzzle Get Color. More than 3M of people are playing our games monthly. 

We are currently looking for a team leader to drive the execution vision, strategy, and day-to-day operations of our utilities unit. We expect that you have a deep-rooted passion for mobile apps and you have the energy to build a big & successful unit inside our company brand . As a leader of the senior management team you will have input into all aspects of running this extremely profitable and successful growing business.

The COO role is a key member of the senior management team, reporting only to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

На какие задачи (обязанности)?

• Create and delivery key business strategy of utilities unit 

• Lead, coach, and develop studio and development team 

• Develop and follow KPIs to accurately measure the performance of the business, provide reports with in-depth analysis on the status of the business operations

• Collaborate and act as a strategic partner to the leadership team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure to accommodate the growth objectives of our company

• Strong experience (5+ years) and excellent skills in managing and leading diverse cross-functional teams

• Deep understanding of the utilities app industry and passion for mobile in all their forms

• Extensive experience managing profit and loss, budgeting process, and large daily revenue numbers

• You have the experience in scaling a business model

• Proven apps production experience, sharp business sense, and deep product knowledge, ability to see the big picture in all areas of app development

• Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving in the fast-paced environment

• You can make a good business case and convince people to help you execute – good communicator with all types of stakeholders.
