About Bitmedia Labs:

Requirements
- Minimum two years of experience in the Gamedev;
- Experience working on live projects, at least one shipped project;
- Experience in balancing and designing game systems in projects;
- Good math skills;
- Understanding of typical game mechanics;
- Ability to structure information and express thoughts clearly and convincingly;
- Analytical mindset.

Responsibilities
- Create and manage game design documents (GDD);
- Collaborate with international teams to determine the overall direction of game design;
- Leading the design process from concept to completion;
- Design and optimize game systems, game balance, and user experience elements;
- Implement improvements based on game feedback and test results;
- Propose innovative game designs using the latest technologies and trends.
