Currently, we’re searching for a Game Producer who can thrive in an exciting and fast-paced environment. As the Game Producer, you will help us provide high-quality content and features to our players. You will keep the players' experience in mind as you track progress, provide features, and organize priorities and goals.

На какие задачи (обязанности)?

• Communicating daily priorities to leads, follow up on tasks/ issues as needed to keep teams moving forward.

• Managing, overseeing, and tracking the production and go-live processes associated with the launch of a game.

• Coordinating the workload between the different teams.

• Ensuring timely delivery of deliverables according to plan.

• Ensuring meeting necessary quality levels on game productions.

• Scheduling timely quality testing, collaborating with QA product team.

• Guide and give feedback on game productions.

• Identify roadblocks, project risks and be involved in finding solutions.

• Collaborate with the internal localization team.

• Facilitate communication, organization, and process improvement across all departments.

• Striving to provide excellent player experience, continuously improving the games, in order to achieve maximum player engagement coupled with the highest quality standards through great team efficiency and productivity.

Какого профессионала ищем?

• 5+ years of game production experience in game production either within the iGaming or Gaming industry.

• Strong familiarity with game development processes and pipelines.

• Experience tracking a complex project and communicating project status using available tools (emphasis on JIRA/Confluence/Excel).

• Demonstrated people management skills.

• Passion to create fun games with an engaging player experience.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Great problem-solving skills
