Graphic Design Manager

Huuuge Games — We’re a global, fast-moving hyper-growing free-to-play game developer & publisher on a mission to empower billions of people to play together.

CRM Art Team consists of seven highly engaged and optimistic graphic designers, who put an emphasis on mutual support and morning coffee. We work with rich libraries of graphics, fonts and ready made resources prepared by our content graphic designers. Even though our work is based on really detailed briefs, a lot of tasks are just another challenge – we simply try new things all the time!

By translating business and marketing concepts into art, both you and your team will have a critical impact on how almost a milion of our trully engaged players perceive our activity and promotions on everyday basis.

На какие задачи (обязанности)?

• leading a fantastic team of true enthusiasts,

• ensuring the design & execution of the Artistic and Marketing materials of all our CRM activities,

• being in charge of creating new design concepts that meet our business goals, presenting & executing them within a tight schedule,

• contacting and cooperating with other teams in order to follow the schedule,

• getting the final feedback about designs prepared,

• constant work on optimizing the processes & mentoring team members.

Какого профессионала ищем?

• at least 2-year experience in managing art teams,

• at least 4-year hands on experience in graphic design positions (preferably from online/gaming industry),

• very good planning and organizational skills,

• fluency in English,

• ability to work under time pressure with tough deadline tasks,

• knowledge about graphic design trends in mobile games industry,

• skills & practical experience with Photoshop,

• highly creative and innovative mindset.
