🎯 Target:

Ensure the implementation of the project functionality on time and in compliance with quality standards.

Responsibility area — development of game mechanics, interfaces and content integration to create the most engaging and stable gaming experience.

🛠 Tasks:

Software implementation of game mechanics according to the technical specifications.

Layout and customization of UI elements, work with animation and visual effects.

Integration of graphic and sound content into the project.

Optimization of code and game scenes for target platforms.

Fixing errors found during testing.

Maintaining project code in Git, compliance with code style and architectural principles.

Interaction with the team of designers, artists and QA.

📏 Key KPIs:

Number of tasks completed on time.

Number and criticality of bugs identified after task acceptance.

Average time to fix critical bugs.

Build performance metrics (FPS, loading time, stability).

Amount of integrated and tested content per sprint.

What kind of professional are we looking for?
We are looking for a Unity Developer with strong DOTween animation skills, who can quickly and efficiently implement smooth, polished UI and gameplay animations. Someone who not only knows how to make things move, but also understands timing, easing, sequencing, and how animations support game feel and player engagement.

Core skills:

• Strong experience with DOTween (sequences, callbacks, ease types, custom tweens).

• Ability to create and optimize complex UI animations (menus, transitions, pop-ups).

• Experience with gameplay animations (object movement, effects, interactive elements).

• Understanding of performance optimization for mobile and PC platforms.

• Solid Unity & C# fundamentals.

Bonus points for:

• Experience integrating animations with gameplay logic and events.

• Working with addressables, sprite atlases, and optimization tools.

• A good artistic sense of motion, rhythm, and pacing.
