Legal Officer

We are looking for an experienced Legal Officer to join our dynamic team in the iGaming industry. This role presents an opportunity to lead the aggregator direction. You will play a critical role in safeguarding the legal health and compliance of our organization while contributing to its growth and strategic direction. The ideal candidate thrives in autonomy, is adept at handling complex requests, and has a well-established network in the iGaming sector.

• Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.

• Establish legal entities in various jurisdictions to support operations.

• Develop legal strategies, ensuring compliance with international laws.

• Advise management on legal risks and business opportunities.

• Review and negotiate contracts with partners, ensuring alignment with company interests.

• Manage gambling licenses, including obtaining and ensuring compliance.

• Maintain policies to reflect legal requirements and mitigate risks.

• Monitor legal developments to anticipate potential challenges.

• Proven experience in legal roles within the iGaming industry.

• Strong expertise in managing gambling licenses across multiple jurisdictions.

• Hands-on experience with gaming providers, aggregators, and platforms, including knowledge of how contracts between these entities are structured and negotiated.

• In-depth understanding of international regulations and licensing within the iGaming sector.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of Russian language is required.
