We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing & Influencer Campaign Manager who lives and breathes gaming. You’ll be the driving force behind influencer outreach, strategic partnerships, and multi-platform campaigns (both organic and paid). You'll work closely with our team to ensure every campaign feels true to our brand and community.

Your Mission

• Develop and execute creative strategies to engage influencers and content creators.

• Secure and manage both organic and paid collaborations with creators, media, and community partners.

• Design, launch, and refine marketing campaigns across various platforms.

• Track trends and competitor activity to keep our strategy sharp and relevant.

• Build and manage ad campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.

• Analyze results and continuously improve based on data.

• Coordinate with our team to keep brand messaging cohesive.

• Help create marketing content that resonates with gamers.

• Maintain clear, consistent communication with both internal teams and external partners.

Какого профессионала ищем?

• 3+ years of experience in PR and marketing within the gaming industry.

• A proven track record in influencer relations and partnership deals.

• Strong analytical skills for evaluating campaign performance and improving workflows.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently.

• A real passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the industry and its communities.

Bonus Points If You Have...

• Experience creating content for gamers using Adobe Creative Cloud.

• Familiarity with various gaming platforms and communities.

• Prior experience with indie game studios.

• Business development experience in establishing strategic partnerships.
