MOTION DESIGNER/VIDEO DESIGNER TEAM LEAD

Manage a team of motion designers for production of videos (promo videos, animatics, etc.) based on thorough understanding of processes involved;

Collaborate with Marketing department teams on production of videos;

Control and improve video production of the internal team and external contractors;

Interact closely with development teams and other departments;

Participate in hiring, education, career development of team members;

Write the guidelines and tutorials;

Develop, optimize and automate technical processes.

Over two years of experience as a motion designer in a game or similar industry;

Over one year of work as a team leader of 5 or more people in one of the following roles: lead video designer, lead animator, lead 3d-Generalist, art director, director, producer, project manager;

Portfolio and preparedness for a video design test task;

Professional After Effects, Photoshop skills;

Basic 3D-Generalist skills in 3dsMax: modelling, texturing, rigging, animation, shading, lighting, rendering;

Sense of composition, rhythm, style, color;

Writing and oral proficiency in English for communication with piers and management of sound tracks;

Seeking improvement of video production quality;

Ability to plan and meet deadlines;

Ability to work as part of a team and accept criticism;

Ability to exercise criticism reasonably and train the team members;

Experience in documentation development;

Leadership;

Ability to handle stress;

Interpersonal skills.
