We’re on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Russian-speaking operations manager to join our Serbian team. If you're someone who thrives on building structure, streamlining processes, and making things run like clockwork, we’d love to meet you!

На какие задачи (обязанности)?

Overseeing daily office operations and making sure everything runs smoothly
Supporting cross-functional teams (HR, finance, legal, compliance) in executing local processes
Managing relationships with vendors, partners, and service providers
Assisting with onboarding new hires and maintaining a great office culture
Working closely with HQ to align local operations with global standards
Owning operational reporting and keeping things on track and on time

Experience in operations, office management or admin roles
Great organizational skills and a love for process improvement
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Strong communication in English and Russian
Self-starter with a “can-do” attitude
