На какие задачи (обязанности)?

• Define and communicate the artistic vision, style, and overall visual direction for game projects, ensuring consistency and quality

• Lead and manage the art team, including artists, animators, designers, and VFX specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support

• Set and uphold high-quality art standards, review artwork, and provide feedback to maintain visual excellence across projects

• Develop and optimize art pipelines, tools, and workflows to streamline art production and maintain efficiency

• Oversee the creation of concept art and visual development materials that guide the team in realizing the game’s visual identity

• Create and maintain art direction documents, style guides, and reference materials to ensure consistent implementation

• Develop strategies to optimize art assets for performance, balancing visual impact with resource efficiency

• Provide constructive feedback to guide artists in improving their work and achieving desired outcomes

• Stay informed about art and design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to infuse innovation and creativity into projects

• Engage with clients to understand their artistic requirements, present art concepts, and address feedback effectively

• Allocate resources effectively, plan art team assignments, and manage project timelines to meet milestones and deadlines

• Ensure art consistency across different game projects, maintaining a cohesive visual identity for the company’s portfolio.

Какого профессионала ищем?

• 5+ years of experience in the game industry with a significant portion in a leadership role

• Proficient in Photoshop, showcasing advanced graphic editing skills

• Basic understanding of 3D editors and Unity, contributing to versatile art development

• Knowledgeable about animation basics and the creation process, including Spine and 3D animation techniques

• Technical expertise in implementing and transferring materials for optimal integration into the game engine

• Proven experience in the development of Casual Games, demonstrating adaptability to different game genres

• Hands-on experience with 3D Games, highlighting a comprehensive understanding of three-dimensional game development

• Previous involvement in Mobile Game Development, showcasing familiarity with the intricacies of mobile gaming platforms.
