На какие задачи (обязанности)?

Mishura Games is looking for a Project Manager who is able to take charge of a small team and help them deliver their visions across the finish line. The Project Manager is responsible for supporting the production team with respect to team members, material, logistical, communication, organizational, scheduling and other needs.

The main and routine functions of the Project Manager are to:

• Ensure that the various planning, communication and tracking tools are properly implemented and updated

• Create plans for the project, including defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines in collaboration with producer and leads 

• Track milestones, deliverables, and change requests

• Ensure the project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines

• Set up documentation pipeline for the project - storing, reporting, archiving important materials

• Participate in and supervise each stage of the project

• Follow-up with the managers and update the staffing plans for the project team

• Create a project budget and ensuring the project adheres to the budget as closely as possible

• Coordinate and create the means required to ensure the proper flow of information throughout the project (e.g. standups, calls, team updates, etc.)

• Proactively organize team meetings or other types of meetings whenever necessary to keep the team updated with the status of the project

• Coordinate a remote-working team.

• Fluent in English

• Excellent communication skills

• Knowledge of Jira, Google Docs

• Excellent presentation, organization, time management, and cross-department communication skills

• Ability to quickly adapt to changes and be the beacon of information
  

Bonus points if you have:

• Previous experience of managing teams 

• Experience in agile development

• Self-organization skills and professional autonomy

• Atlassian (Jira/Confluence) experience

• Passion for games
