QA Lead (Game Testing Automation)

Strikerz Inc. is a videogame-creating collective and an international gaming brand launched in 2016 by a handful of people involved with online football. На какие задачи (обязанности)?

We are searching for a QA Lead to join our service team responsible for developing automation tools for functional testing of the client side at various levels.

Depending on the testing object, we can develop frameworks for product teams (e.g., UI teams) or independently create automated tests, automating prepared regression test cases.

The team is also responsible for integrating automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline and automating QG and reporting.

• Team management for automation: task management, efficiency monitoring, planning.

• Automation strategy development: setting priorities, methods, and tools for automated testing.

• Selection and configuration of the most suitable testing automation tools within the context of the Unreal Engine.

• Development and maintenance of test scenarios, and coverage monitoring.

• Integration of tests with CI/CD.

• Monitoring and analysis of test results: defect identification and documentation, providing feedback to the development team, and effectiveness assessment.

• Organizing and conducting code reviews for automated tests.

• Training and mentoring: supporting and training team members, spreading best automation practices.

• Continuous interaction with development, QA, and DevOps teams.

Что для нас важно в человеке?

• 2+ years of experience as a Lead in functional testing automation for AAA games.

• Experience in integrating automated tests into CI/CD as Quality Gates.

• Strong programming skills in one of the relevant programming languages.

• Understanding of effective automation framework requirements.

• Experience working with the Unreal Engine Automation System or Unity Test Framework.

• Excellent knowledge of C++ and its usage in Unreal Engine.
