Values Value, a recruiting company with expertise in gamedev, is looking for an experienced Research Associate/Senior Associate for our client, a leading global online games developer and publisher. One of the company’s project became the most downloaded mobile game in the world in 2019 and 2020 according to App Annie.

Plan and execute research and study initiatives from end-to-end:
-To gain meaningful insights on various topics, including but not limited to the game product, its users, the market, and competitors;
-Research methods Including but not limited to surveys, focus group discussions, and secondary research.
Analyze data and form actionable recommendations;
Gather and report all findings to upper management and relevant stakeholders in an organized and effective manner.
Какого профессионала ищем?
Fluent in English and Russian;
Bachelor’s degree, equivalent or above;
At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in research;
Strong analytical skills; is able to make interpret meaningful conclusions and make actionable recommendations based on qualitative and quantitative data;
Thrives in an international, fast-paced, and results-driven team environment;
Team player with a strong can-do attitude;
Able to work both remotely and at a physical location.
