Senior User Acquisition Manager (Mobile Apps, Subscription Model)

This role is in our utilities division — where we build mobile apps with a subscription model used by millions worldwide. We experiment boldly, scale what works, and keep our eyes on ROI.

На какие задачи (обязанности)?

• Plan, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns for mobile apps across Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms.

• Drive traffic acquisition using Web-to-App and Web-to-Web funnels.

• Take full ownership of the project’s UA strategy: set goals, generate and test growth hypotheses, and scale winning campaigns.

• Collaborate with product and analytics teams to test new ideas and achieve optimal results.

• Analyze campaign performance, channels, formats, and creatives to identify growth opportunities.

Какого профессионала ищем?

• 3+ years of experience in mobile app marketing and user acquisition.

• Strong understanding of subscription-based monetization models.

• Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms.

• Proven track record of working with Web-to-App and Web-to-Web funnels.

• Ability to independently plan and execute UA strategies.

• English level — Intermediate or higher.

Nice to Have

• Experience promoting apps in Photo/Video Editors or Health & Fitness categories.

• Experience developing, testing, and optimizing web funnels.
