На какие задачи (обязанности)?

- Creation and management of content plan for social media: planning, writing texts, and content publishing in English;
- Social media engagement with the players: answering questions on social and other channels, initiating the discussions, gathering users’ requests/wishes and feedback, and sharing that feedback with marketing and development departments;
- Checking out general trends in social media and proposing ways for owned pages further development;
- Building communication with the community;
- Searching and engaging the influencers, delivering information about the upcoming updates to them, pushing players towards user-generated content about our games;
- Checking store reviews and answering those when it’s required;
- Requesting and coordination of art/video content production.

Какого профессионала ищем?

- ​​At least two years in SMM;
- Professional English level — writing and reading, a certificate is a plus (good speaking skills would be a significant plus, we’d love a person able to create video content with own narration!);
- Experience in content creating and portfolio: posts on social media, articles on websites, FAQ, guides, and press releases;
- Diplomacy and professionalism in private communication, initiative, energy, and non-conflict.

Will be a plus
- Ability to sit still and focus, analytic skills;
- Skills of working with graphic editors and HTML coding.
