EasyWin is a fast-growing RMG (Real Money Gaming) project looking for an experienced Support Manager to build the entire support system from scratch.
Key responsibilities:
Set up and structure core support processes: intake flow, response templates, tagging, escalation.
Organize basic support operations using available tools.
Define tone of voice, ticket categories, and response standards.
Ensure compliance with RMG/iGaming standards.
Collaborate with product, community, and CRM teams.
Requirements:
Background in RMG / Casino / iGaming is a must.
3+ years of experience in customer support.
Proven track record of building or transforming support systems.
Strong English (written & spoken).
Self-starter with ability to work independently and structure chaos.
Based in Warsaw or comfortable working CET hours.
