Senior Unreal Engine Developer (PC & Console Game)

We are tinyBuild, a global video game publisher and developer focused on creating long-lasting, sustainable franchises across multiple media formats. Responsible for over 70 titles, including Hello Neighbor, Graveyard Keeper, and Potion Craft, the company has a dozen development studios spread across the US, EU, Serbia, and Ukraine.

We are looking for a Senior Developer (UE4) to join the Hello Neighbor 2 team. It's a single-player, first-person stealth horror game where you play against an advanced AI. 

Supposed platforms: PC; Xbox One/S/X; PS 4/5; Nintendo Switch.

На какие задачи (обязанности)?

• Development of core game mechanics, tools, and systems using UE4;

• Optimizing performance and memory consumption;

• Maintenance of currently existing mechanics;

• Work closely with devkits, make and profile console builds;

• Creating technical documentation.

Какого профессионала ищем?

• At least 3 years of UE4/5 game development experience;

• Strong experience with C++;

• Experience with designing modular and scalable software;

• Familiarity with development tools and profiling on modern systems, including PC and consoles;

• Confident knowledge of UE4, including:

  • AI (BT, Navigation, GAS)

  • Animation Blueprints

  • Game Physics

  • Assets Streaming

• Experience with Git, JIRA, Bitbucket, and Confluence.

It would be an advantage: 

• Experience optimizing software to meet platform-specific performance goals;

• Experience in working with dev kits.
