На какие задачи (обязанности)?

• Support employees by addressing workplace concerns and promoting a healthy work-life balance.

• Organize internal corporate events, team-building activities, and wellness initiatives.

• Manage office facilities, ensuring a comfortable and productive workspace.

• Coordinate administrative tasks such as office supplies, maintenance, and travel arrangements.

• Assist in onboarding new employees and ensuring a smooth adaptation process.

• Provide basic HR support related to employee engagement and workplace satisfaction.

Какого профессионала ищем?

• Proven experience in HR, Wellbeing, Office Management, or a related role.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good level of English and Greek; Russian or other languages will be a plus.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized.

• Ability to foster a positive and engaging workplace culture.

• Experience in event organization, employee engagement programs, or wellness initiatives.
