На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Develop and refine game mechanics, ensuring they align with the project’s vision and goals;

• Collaborate with the Product Owner, art, programming, and QA teams to ensure that game designs are executed with high quality;

• Collaborate with artists, programmers, and other designers to bring game concepts to life;

• Analyze and incorporate feedback from playtests, peers, and the community;

• Contribute to the game’s story and world-building efforts;

• Ensure game balance and fairness for competitive play;

• Stay current with industry trends and developments and incorporate these into game designs.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• At least 3 years of experience in game design, preferably in the 4X or RTS genres;

• Strong understanding of turn-based mechanics, pacing, player dynamics, and balance;

• Proficiency in game design tools and software;

• Ability to design and implement game systems;

• Ability to clearly communicate one’s thoughts to all team members, to accept feedback;

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;

• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with other departments;

• Passion for games and a commitment to delivering high-quality game experiences to players;

• Upper-intermediate level of English.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with PC, mobile, and console game development;

• Familiarity with game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine;

• A portfolio of previous game projects.
