- personnel search using any available social
platforms available;
- working on attracting specific candidates;
- systematizing the ways of searching to reduce the time to close
a specific vacancy;
- conducting initial interviews;
- adaptation of employees.
Якого професіонала шукаємо?
work experience in a similar position;
competent oral and written speech;
negotiation skills and work with objections;
creative approach to personnel search;
familiarity with boolean search.
