• Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing, preferably within the IT/iGaming sector. 

• Expertise in establishing employer branding initiatives within the IT field. 

• Strong analytical abilities in measuring marketing ROI metrics (minimum 2 years).

• Demonstrated leadership skills for team building and management (minimum 1 year). 

• Experience in planning and executing events effectively. 

• Capability to manage events efficiently within set financial constraints and timelines. 

• Proficiency in managing social media platforms at a senior level. 

• Excellent research skills focused on market dynamics and competitor analysis. 

• Superior communication skills both written and verbal.
