• Process incoming feature requests from the Client

• Develop and document requirements with an appropriate level of detail for each specific case

• Create and manage the backlog for the features accepted to processing

• Build up the understanding of the Client's context and effectively communicate it to the team for rapid decision-making

• Create and maintain documentation on game mechanics and systems that is comprehensible to both the development team and the Client

• Coordinate interactions between external stakeholders and the team to ensure product vision integrity

• Participate in architecture definition to ensure designed solutions fulfill requirements

• Support the Project Manager by sharing Client context, plans, feature dependencies, etc.

• Provide ongoing support to the Development team throughout the build phase

• Collaborate closely with Feature Owners on the Client side helping to define all scenarios and edge cases

• Tailor business analysis approaches to each Client's specific context

• Participate in the continuous optimization of development processes

Qualifications required:

• At least 3 years of experience in business analysis and/or project management preferably in game development or close domain

• Communicative level of English, Native level of Russian

• Familiarity with tools that support collaborative work (Jira, Confluence, Slack, MS Office)

• Strong knowledge of business analysis theoretical foundations (BABOK)

• Proficient understanding of key business analysis methods and approaches

• Experience in planning and rapid adapting business analysis work, activities and deliverables within complex projects with many communication streams

• Experience in complex organizations on a global scale
