На які завдання (обов'язки)?
Develop and execute creative strategies for user acquisition, focusing on casual mobile gaming audiences
Generate new creative hypotheses, run A/B tests, and iterate quickly based on performance results (CPI, CTR, IPM, ROAS, etc.)
Work closely with the team across the creative production process - from initial briefs to final delivery of video, static, playable, and UGC content
Manage internal and external partners to ensure quality, speed, and technical accuracy
Use campaign data to identify trends, validate hypotheses, and guide future creative directions
Partner with UA managers to ensure creatives are tested systematically and optimized for scale
Track competitors, platforms, and creative trends in the casual games space
Introduce innovative formats and ideas that differentiate our title in the market
Collaborate with UA, design, and product teams to align creatives with game identity and marketing goals
Якого професіонала шукаємо?
4+ years of experience in creative production or performance marketing within mobile gaming or apps
Strong understanding of UA metrics (CPI, CTR, IPM, ROAS) and how creatives influence them
Proven ability to design, run, and evaluate A/B test campaigns for UA
Hands-on experience with creative production tools (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, etc.) or ability to guide those who use the
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable creative insights
Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple creative iterations efficiently
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Nice-to-Have:
Experience in casual games or related genres
Familiarity with playable ads and UGC creative formats
Knowledge of market intelligence tools (e.g., Sensor Tower, AppMagic)
Copywriting or scriptwriting skills for ads and UGC campaigns
