  1. Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement CRM campaign strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation.

  2. Segmentation: Analyze customer data to segment the player base effectively and target campaigns based on demographics, behavior, and preferences.

  3. Content Development: Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling content and messaging tailored to different player segments.

  4. Campaign Execution: Oversee the execution of CRM campaigns across various channels, including email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages.

  5. Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI, and optimize campaigns accordingly.

  6. A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests to optimize campaign elements such as subject lines, content, timing, and frequency.

  7. Lifecycle Marketing: Develop and implement lifecycle marketing campaigns to engage players at different stages of their customer journey.

  8. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, analytics, and customer support to align CRM initiatives with broader business goals.

  9. Compliance: Ensure CRM campaigns comply with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
