Customer is a fast-growing mobile gaming platform that develops and provides mobile gaming apps to millions of users around the world.

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Lead and oversee multiple development teams, including back-end and front-end (Unity3D) developers

• Manage the entire development process, from planning and design through implementation, testing, and deployment

• Collaborate closely with other departments, such as art, design, and QA, to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery

• Establish clear goals, expectations, and project milestones for team performance

• Offer technical guidance and support to team leads and developers, promoting adherence to best practices

• Cultivate a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and teamwork within the teams

• Manage resource allocation, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are delivered successfully

• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and mentorship to team members

• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our games at the cutting edge of innovation

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• 7+ years of experience in game development, with expertise in both backend and frontend (Unity3D) development

• 3+ years of experience in leadership or management roles, ideally as a team lead or manager

• Proficient in game development, particularly with Unity3D and back-end technologies like C# and Python
