На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Coordination of the work of the product department

• Product team development, feedback and product lead training

• Full cycle of development support from market analysis and participation in the creation of a vision to operation

• Analysis of results and work with game indicators

• Market trends research

• Formation of a product vision and product growth strategy, interacting with marketing, analytics and developers

• Drawing a roadmap and supervising its implementation

• Identifying growth points and opportunities

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• Have experience in mobile game development as a Game Producer / Lead GD / Product Owner / Product Manager for at least 2 years

• Display excellent knowledge of the market, game genres, trends, especially in casual games

• Understand game metrics and project success indicators

• Have experience in launching and operational product management (live ops)

• Know all about the workings of the game economy, monetization and player progress

• Have experience in developing the product team (Art, Game design, Game Development, QA, PM), giving feedback and product lead training

• Experience in hiring employees for your team

• Knowledge of the analytical metrics of the project and the ability to analyze them
