Helio Games is a mobile game developer founded in 2017 and based in sunny Cyprus. We create succesful products like Westland Survival, Mutiny and brand-new Amikin Village. Our mission is to build engaging midcore survival games enjoyed by millions worldwide.

We value a flat team structure where everyone can contribute ideas that shape the final product.

Our current goals include:

Expanding our player base globally
Enhancing game quality through player feedback and data analysis
Exploring new technologies to improve user acquisition and retention
Continuing to build the best survival games

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

Full recruitment cycle: from gathering requirements to onboarding candidates;
Employee adaptation and support at all stages;
Collaboration with managers on HR and team development issues;
Organizing internal and remote events (team building, meetings, celebrations).

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

At least 2 years of HR experience in GameDev (recruitment, onboarding, communications);
Confident English language skills;
Strong communication skills, independence, and a structured approach;
A plus: negotiation skills with C-level and external contractors, budgeting, and reporting experience.
