We're on the hunt for a skilled Lead Product Analyst with previous successful experience in games.

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Lead and mentor analysts, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles;

• Establish and promote best practices in data analysis and game analytics within the team;

• Collect, analyze and present data for product management and marketing decisions;

• Construct and visualize key product metrics and indicators;

• Design of product/marketing features experiments, impact estimation (A/B testing);

• Diligently monitor user behavior and provide insights;

• A key responsibility is to oversee product development and drive growth by proposing improvements both in the product features and in analytics tools.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• 4+ years of experience leading a product analytics team in gamedev (Word/Board/Puzzle);

• Advanced Knowledge of statistics (experiment design, statistical tests etc);

• Proficient in SQL and Python;

• Experience in business intelligence software (Tableau/Power BI);

• Bachelor’s/Master degree (Computer Science, Mathematics or related discipline);

Will be a plus:

• Experience with PostgreSQL, Redshift, RDS;

• Experience in projects in the genre of match3, puzzles, casual, midcore

• Experience in marketing & monetization analytics

• Experience in calculating LTV and forecasting 

• Experience at business intelligence / game design position in mobile gaming industry (Word/Board/Puzzle)
