We are looking for a Lead QA Manager who will build and lead QA processes to ensure stable product quality across multiple projects.av

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Establish QA processes, standards, and checklists, including regression testing and automation in the release pipeline.

• Lead a QA team: training, task distribution, and professional growth.

• Oversee bug tracking and release quality, collaborating with producers and developers on priorities and risks.

• Implement QA automation and metrics.

• Reduce the number of critical bugs reaching production.
