One Way Eleven is na indie studio  developing a new action-adventure title in Unreal Engine 5.5. We're looking for a talented Level Designer to help accelerate our world-building. If you have a passion for crafting engaging spaces, strong blockout skills, and an eye for visual composition, we'd love to hear from you.

Role Overview

You will work closely with the Creative Director and Dev and Design team to design, block out and polish levels that deliver memorable gameplay moments. This role involves both fast iteration and creative freedom, helping bring the game’s world to life from concept to final playable spaces.

Responsibilities

• Create level blockouts that support gameplay, pacing, traversal, and narrative flow.

• Collaborate with design, art, and narrative teams to translate ideas into functional, compelling playable spaces.

•  Develop visual composition, focal points, and environmental storytelling within levels.

• Iterate quickly based on playtesting and internal feedback.

• Maintain consistent quality across environment layouts and gameplay readability.

• Work within Unreal Engine 5.5 using tools such as Lumen, Nanite, World Partition, and standard level design workflows.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• Proven experience in level design for action-adventure, RPG, or similar genres (professional or strong portfolio).

• Proficiency with Unreal Engine 5+ (blockout tools, Blueprint familiarity, navigation, optimization basics).

•  Strong understanding of layout, composition, scale, and player guidance.

• Ability to iterate rapidly and work collaboratively in a creative environment.

• Must be willing to relocate to Portugal OR already possess a fiscal address in Portugal.
