На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Manage the marketing art team, including assigning tasks, setting deadlines, and ensuring project milestones are met.

• Develop and implement project management processes to improve efficiency and collaboration within the Marketing Art team.

• Track progress on marketing projects, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on schedule.

• Facilitate regular team meetings, provide feedback, and support the professional growth of team members.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring that visual assets effectively communicate key messages.

• Ensure all marketing visuals adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual style.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the pipelines and propose new effective ways of production management.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• 2+ years of experience as a Marketing Art Manager / Producer / Project Manager role within the gaming industry.

• Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience in planning, setting deadlines, and managing a team using Project management best practices.

• Proficiency in industry-standard project management software, basic knowledge of design software (Adobe Photoshop, etc).

• Experience in managing the production of various marketing materials, including banners, icons, screenshots, and videos.

• Understanding of casual mobile game marketing trends and best practices.

• Proactive work approach with the ability to offer new solutions.

• Fluency in English language.

Would be a plus:

• Familiarity with technical requirements for creatives in different networks.

• Familiarity with app store optimization (ASO) and the requirements for promotional materials on platforms like the App Store and Google Play.
