Operational Game Designer / Project Manager (WoWS)

World of Warships team in Belgrade is looking for an Operational Game Designer, out of the box thinker who can bring fresh ideas and a unique perspective to the table.

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Assigning and managing tasks to the 3D, 2D, programming departments, UI as well as tasks for writing texts and searching for historical references;

• Interacting with regional publisher teams for the joint design of meta-activities;

• Assistance in optimizing processes for managing game meta content;

• Developing and designing new game meta content for versions, events, and monetization events;

• Collaborating with other development teams to design new game mechanics;

• Integrating new game meta content through coding.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• Strong communication skills;

• Strong analytical and time management skills;

• Must be able to work independently, be able to multitask;

• Ability to clearly and effectively express thoughts and ideas;

• Understanding of basic programming principles in languages such as Python, SQL;

• Basic knowledge of Jira, Confluence;

• Experience with online service games, especially freemium, free2play;

• Knowledge of Russian language; 

• Intermediate English or higher;

• Willingness to work full time in the office.
