Public Relation Specialist

PROSE is a new generation agency offering integrated solutions in the area of Public Relations, Digital media, Advertising & Advocacy. In the last 9 years we have acquired over 100 clients and achieved a turnover of close to a million USD.

We have completely self-owned infrastructure with 50 team members in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore and Singapore office. A partial list of clients is available on the website. We are in the advance stages of setting up a patented cloud based platform to automate and productise our PR & Social media services.

We cater to clients from a wide range of sectors such as BFSI, Technology, Manufacturing, Consulting firms, Infrastructure, Energy and the emerging Startup ecosystem. We have provided integrated or standalone services to large corporates as well as mid sized clients.

Public Relations Specialist - Mumbai

We are looking for team members in our Public Relations (PR) department with 2-10

years experience of working in PR agencies or Corporate Communication

departments.

Talent Checklist

● A prior experience of 1 to 10 years of working on public relations, brand

building with a PR firm.

● Degree in Journalism / Mass Communication

● Connected to a network of journalists / associates on - Pan India basis

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to make

presentations

● Deadline-oriented, inquisitive, with great follow-up and reporting skills

● Familiar with Microsoft word, excel and Google sheet and docs

● Contribute to discussions related to story ideas and planning PR campaigns

● To develop content and draft quotes

● Prepare a category, competition scan

● Scan latest print and online news to identify relevant story ideas for clients

● Ability to draft social media posts and find relevant tags and hashtags (this

does not involve preparing creative or design content)

● Prepare media pitch notes

● Understand new age media platforms like Twitter Spaces, Podcasts, etc

● Prepare a monthly & quarterly review
