На які завдання (обов'язки)?

Stratosphere Games is an AAA mobile game developer based in Berlin, Germany, looking for a  

Producer to lead the development of a new upcoming project. 

As a Producer at Stratosphere Games, you will lead an interdisciplinary team of Artists, Game Designers, and Programmers to create high-quality mobile games. 

Your job is to oversee the production, starting from pre-production over prototyping and full development of the game you are assigned to while working closely with our CEO, COO, and Creative Director to ensure that the project goals are met.

Your responsibilities:  

•  Oversee and lead the development of our newest game 

• Support creation and monitoring of p&l calculations/documents 

• Lead creative, design, and planning meetings  

• Define milestones together with the board members and make sure that all goals are met  

• Setup project plan and monitor execution in time and budget 

• Manage stakeholders and continuously report the development progress  

• Work closely with the other producers at Stratosphere Games to share knowledge and ideas   

• Form a team with the project manager to structure the backlog and prioritize tasks  

• Be a point of contact for the team members and try to solve their problems to ensure a productive work environment  

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• At least 3 years of experience working as a producer in the games industry  

• Experience in mobile game development and shipped mobile games is a plus  

• Experience in project management (experience with methodologies is a plus) 

• Experience in live production and KPI is a plus  

• Knowledge about the mobile games market  

• Experience in agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum)  

• Experience working with planning software (Jira, HacknPlan)  

• Strong ability to work with Microsoft Office (word, excel, PowerPoint)  

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
