Senior UI Designer

We seek a Lead specialist to manage the UI of our mobile Casual game, collaborating with the Games Design team to develop new features. Our ethos includes openness to suggestions and perpetual UI improvement. Your role involves shaping new features, refining interfaces, enhancing user interaction, and ensuring a seamless, immersive experience in the world of Gexos.

• Collaborate with development and product teams to oversee UI aspects during feature creation.

• Create and execute a roadmap for ongoing enhancement of platform visual elements.

• Conduct market research to explore new gaming ideas, mechanics, and implementation approaches.

• Generate original graphic designs including images, sketches, and tables.

• Present initial design drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.

• Develop UX flow in coordination with Game Design, conceptualize UI, and finalize designs.

• Enhance the product in alignment with market demands and trends.

• Perform UI/UX analysis of competitor games.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• Experience creating casual mobile interfaces
  (must have a portfolio)

• Ability to conceptualize UI, offer different options, and argue for solutions

• Confident knowledge of the basics of UX flow and the ability to build UX flow

• Understanding of the basics of 2D drawing and the ability to work with vectors in Photoshop

• Ability to prioritize feedback in terms of relevance/impact for the project

• Knowledge of iOS and Android design guidelines, understanding of usability, application in practice

• Knowledge of layout processes and resource optimization

• Basic knowledge of typography, color science, composition, infographics, grid system

• Creativity and artistic sense

• Understanding of demands and trends in the mobile casual game market
