Senior Unity Developer

Values Value is a recruiting agency with expertise in gamedev, currently looking for a Senior Unity Developer for one of our clients, an ambitious independent game development studio. The company is working on a rogue-like card deckbuilder with the elements of turn-based strategic combat.

The team has a strong plan to release a closed alpha version of the project by the end of 2023.

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Define, architect, & develop features and gameplay functionality in Unity and C#

• Develop & integrate new technologies and tools (working with content team)

• Iterate on new or existing functionality and UI / UX

• Scope out large tasks and system with minimal direction, and help with delegation of that work

• Give team and/or divisional tech talks on architectures that you’ve built

• Work to identify and help to improve team and process inefficiencies

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• 4+ Years game industry as a Unity developer.

• Shipped titles and/or live games experience.

• Expert knowledge in C#, C/C++, or a similar programming language.

• Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms and software methodologies.

• Good communication skills and comfort working in a collaborative environment with a hands-on approach.

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent education / work experience.

• At least an Intermediate level of English proficiency.

Will be a plus:

• Proven Hyper Casual/Casual game design experience.

• Experience or passion in Web3.

• Experience of delivery in solo.

• Extensive Unity experience with the ability to prototype and take a project end to end.
