Senior User Acquisition Manager

Values Value, the main recruiting expert in gamedev is looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager for one of our clients. The company develops mobile applications that will move forward mobile photography and video creation to the next level using neural networks, deep learning, and computer vision techniques.

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Plan, execute, and analyze user acquisition campaigns across performance UA channels;

• Analyze data and optimize campaign performance towards Return on Investment (ROI);

• Drive A/B & multivariate testing and present results to related teams;

• Track and report on key metrics on a regular basis;

• Foster new and current relationships with advertising partners;

• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement innovative solutions for user acquisition;

• Communicate clearly to management, the plans, status, challenges to meeting objectives;

• Be proactive; 

• Stay on top of industry trends and best practices;

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• 2 - 4 years experience in performance-based acquisition role;

• Working with marketing budgets starting from 300 000 USD per month;

• Deep understanding of the mobile user acquisition ecosystem;

• Hands-on experience in Facebook/Adwords/Ad Network acquisition;

• Familiarity with KPIs such as CPA, CPC, CPM, ARPDAU and LTV;

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables);
