Senior/Lead User Acquisition Manager

Values Value, the main recruiting expert in gamedev is looking for a Sr/Lead User Acquisition Manager for one of our clients. The company creates mobile games that are incredibly fun and can be enjoyed by players for a very-very long time. They approach development as “data-driven artists”  who believe that an idea is only good if it works for the players. That’s why they develop their games in rapid iterative phases, being both passionate and data-driven.

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Own, build and grow the user acquisition discipline in the company;

• Be in charge of user acquisition from early experimental validation campaigns to eventually scaling initiatives across all networks;

• Initial leadership experience;

• Qualifying experience as a User Acquisition Manager from an early stage phase onwards way into live ops;

• Familiar with the latest practises in UA and deeply understand the networks;

• Want to make games that bring perpetual entertainment to players around the world;

• Feel intrigued by the opportunity of building a discipline and team from scratch;

• Have shown scientific competence by obtaining a major degree, preferably one that uses quantitative methods.
