SMM Manager

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

• Develop and implement the full SMM strategy for an online casino product.

• Manage Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter) channels.

• Plan, create and publish engaging content, including posts and stories.

• Grow community and audience engagement.

• Monitor trends, track metrics, analyze results and optimize performance.

• Coordinate with the in-house motion designers team to produce creatives and visuals according to your briefs.

• Work closely with the marketing director and the content team.

• NDA required.

Key KPIs: audience growth, engagement rate, content reach, conversion metrics.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

• Minimum 6 months of proven experience in online promotion in the iGaming niche.

• Confident skills with Telegram, Instagram, TikTok, X.

• Strong understanding of brand tone, UGC, engagement mechanics, content funnels.

• Experience writing briefs and working with design teams.

• Russian & English — B2+.

Які умови і бонуси?

• Full-time: Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00 or 10:00–19:00 (Cyprus time).

• Remote format or comfortable office in Kyiv.

• Salary starting from $1000+ (negotiable depending on experience).
