SMM Project Manager

PIN-UP Global is an international holding company specializing in developing and implementing advanced technologies, B2B solutions and innovative products for the iGaming industry.

We ensure certification and licensing of our products, providing customers and partners of the holding company with high-quality and reliable solutions.

PIN-UP Global is represented in seven countries (Cyprus, Ukraine, Poland, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Peru, Malta). The holding’s headquarters is located in Cyprus.

The mission of PIN-UP Global is to improve and develop products for the iGaming industry.

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our marketing team! If you excel at managing processes, ensuring smooth workflows, and keeping teams efficient — we want to hear from you!

На які завдання (обов'язки)?

— Team Management: Task allocation by competences, workload control;
— Project Control: monitoring implementation, adjusting plans, meeting deadlines and budget;
— Communication: liaising with internal and external clients, reporting;
— Change management: adapting projects to new requirements, minimising risks;
— Compliance: ensuring compliance with corporate requirements and processes.

Якого професіонала шукаємо?

— 3+ years in a marketing department (SMM experience is a big plus);
— Knowledge of project management tools: Experience with Asana will be a significant advantage;
— Experience working in companies of 30+ people: Understanding of processes in medium to large teams;
— Language skills: English — confident level;
— Task management skills: Planning, prioritisation, deadline control;
— Analytical approach: Ability to identify inconsistencies in data and processes;
— Teamwork: Experience working in cross-functional teams.

Will be plus:

— Experience working with SMM teams or participating in brand promotion through social media;
— Experience working with other project management systems (Jira, Trello, Monday);
— Experience working with creative and analytical departments.
